Renovation of the 1923 building was substantially completed during the summer of 2007.   Many of the structural and mechanical systems were original to the 1923 building and in need of replacement or complete repair.   The summer renovation included the following:

•  New dropped acoustical ceilings

•  New flooring/carpeting

•  Repaired and repainted walls/corridors

•  New safety and security systems

•  Newly renovated bathrooms

•  Accessible facility access and accessible fixtures

•  Tuck-pointing and structure repair

•  Complete asbestos abatement

•  Complete code compliance

•  Refurbished cafeteria/newly equipped kitchen

•  Restored auditorium

•  New voice/data technology systems
