Contact the Lannan Parish Center for more information or to get involved.

Parishioners cook and serve meals to low-income and homeless families at Faith Lutheran Church, 499 Charles Avenue, St. Paul and at the Dorothy Day Center in downtown St. Paul. In addition to serving a good meal, volunteers provide hospitality and conversation to those who are homeless and/or jobless. This is a family-oriented (children ages 10 and older at Faith Lutheran Church and ages 12 and older at Dorothy Day Center) volunteer opporunity and an excellent way for Nativity 7th grade students to earn Confirmation service hours. If interested in helping at Faith Lutheran Church, contact Nancy Schneider at schneidertax@msn.com. If interested in helping at Dorothy Day Center, contact Peter Butler at (651) 698-9547. |
