NATIVITY OF OUR LORD SCHOOL ATHLETIC PHILOSOPHY

The Nativity Athletic Philosophy, adopted by the School Board in June 1992 is attached. Every student athlete, their parents and every coach is required to be knowledgeable of this athletic philosophy and to make every effort to achieve its fulfillment. As a first step to that end every coach, student athlete and parent of student athletes is required to read the attached statement of the athletic philosophy and the chemical use policy found in the Nativity Handbook. Please detach the statement after reading it and sign the acknowledgement below. No student or coach may participate in a sports program without first turning in a completed acknowledgement.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We have received and read a copy of the Nativity Athletic Philosophy and we agree to make every effort to achieve its fulfillment. We have also read, understood and agreed to comply with the Nativity School Chemical Use Policy found in the Nativity Handbook.
