STARR Team (8 th grade)

The STARR Team is a group of 8th grade students supervised by Jane Conlin and Sharon Doffing.  The group creates and presents educational skits, learning activities and lessons for classrooms upon request.  They design high-energy, creative, student-driven presentations to appeal to and engage younger students while addressing classroom, playground and social issues.  Some of the activities STARR Team have participated in this year include teaching playground skills to first graders, presenting two age-appropriate assemblies on bullying, implementing activities for Nativity's Bully Prevention Week, and will also play major role in carrying out Nativity's No Name Calling Week.
