Students in sixth and eighth grade participate in the annual Nativity School Science Fair each December.   The students may work independently or with a partner to conduct research or a scientific project, design a presentation board, and offer a verbal presentation on their project.   The students receive a grade in their science class and are then judged in the Science Fair Competition.   We are fortunate to have several parents who are willing to volunteer their time to judge the projects.   Our science fair provides our students with a strong foundation in the practical elements of scientific discovery as they prepare for their high school science experience.
