Playground Pals

Playground Pals (4 th grade)

This program, in its third year, offers an opportunity for some of our four graders to develop some leadership skills while providing some structured activities for our first and second graders during recess.   The Playground Pals are trained how to lead younger students in non-competitive games.   They encourage positive interaction among the younger students and are wonderful role models for our first and second graders.   We appreciate their willingness to give up some of their recess time each week to support our overall efforts of fair play.
