Last weekend, I announced at the Nativity of Our Lord Night to Shine Spring Gala (as well as at each of the Lord’s Day Masses) that Archbishop Hebda has named Fr. Rolf Tollefson as my successor as pastor of Nativity of Our Lord, effective July 1.

It was my great honor and joy as pastor of this great, historic parish to help commemorate this grand jubilee on the 100th anniversary of Nativity of Our Lord at Mass with Archbishop Hebda and at the party afterwards under the big tent in the parking lot.

We are excited to announce that our three-day Nativity County Fair event is coming back in 2021, including outdoor Mass and open fair time on Sunday, 9/19.
While I would much rather preferred to have been enjoying fair food and games along with all of you, this year’s event offered me a unique and blessed perspective.
Our incredibly generous community of Nativity school families, parishioners, alumni, grandparents, and friends joined together as One Nativity in support of our beloved parish and school, raising over $350,000!
Due to the unpredictability of the pandemic, Nativity has made the incredibly difficult decision to replace the traditional Nativity County Fair with a new virtual event for 2020.
